Bachelor's Day FAQs

Find answers to frequently asked questions about topics such as registration, de-registration and bringing extra guests.

The session I would like to join is fully booked. Is there another way for me to attend this session?

If a programme information session is fully booked, it will not be possible to join that session. You can, however, visit that programme’s booth at the information fair between 9:30 and 16:00. If you’d like to be informed about additional activities for this programme, you can select the fully-booked session on the registration form and we’ll email you about future activities that are organised by this programme.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. Did my registration go through?

Start by checking whether you clicked on the ‘send’ button in the registration form. Also check the spam folder in your inbox. If you still don’t have a conformation email, you can contact the Central Student Service Desk, they will check whether your registration has been entered into the system.

One of the sessions I registered for is missing from my confirmation email. Can I still attend this session?

If the session is not listed in your confirmation email, it is likely that this session was already fully booked at the time you registered (the registration form will indicate when a session is full). You can check the registration form to see if any places are still available. If so, please re-register for this session. If there are no places, unfortunately you will not be able to register for the session. However, you are welcome to visit the booth for this programme at the information fair between 9:30 and 16:00.

Some of the sessions for which I registered are not showing up in the ‘My programme’ section of the app. What should I do?

First, check whether the session is listed in your confirmation email. If so, wait one or two days and the session should show automatically in the app. We update the app regularly. If the session is not listed in your confirmation email, it means that you’re not registered for this session. See the answer to the previous question about what you could do.

I have already registered online for the Bachelor’s Day but I want to register for another session to my registration. How should I do this?

You will need to fill out the registration form again and select the session that you would like to register for.

I have already registered for a session, but I would like to also bring someone with me. How can I register an accompanying person?

First, check the registration form to see if there are still places available for the session in question. If there are, fill out the registration form to register the person who will be accompanying you. If there are no places available, unfortunately you will not be able to bring anyone with you to the session. However, he or she can visit the programme’s booth at information fair while you are attending the session.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend the Bachelor’s Day/one of the sessions I have registered for. How can I deregister?

Use the link in your confirmation email to deregister from one or more sessions at the Bachelor’s Day.

I registered online for a session, but would like to switch to another timeslot. How can I change my registration?

First, check on the registration form to see if there are still places available for the session you would like to switch to. If so, fill out the registration form again and select the new session. Next, deregister from your initial session, so someone else can take that place. Use the link in your confirmation to deregister. If there are no places available in the session you prefer, unfortunately it will not be possible to switch.

How can I register for the campus tour and/or the speed coaching sessions?

You do not need to register for the campus tour and/or speed coaching. These activities will be available throughout the day.
