How to find happiness in a hectic world, a scientific approach

the Tibetan Buddhist nuns YuanWang and YuanXun will visit the University of Amsterdam. During this day they will provide a lecture titled ‘How to find happiness in a hectic world, a scientific approach.

“In this modern world, a fast-paced life, sometimes we almost feel ourselves like a robot, but we cannot slow down otherwise we will be defeated by the competitors. Here we’ll introduce to control yourself better, to know your emotions and discover the biggest secret of success is to give and being kind.”

YuanWang and YuanXun are ordained Tibetan Buddhist nuns from Larung Gar, one of the largest Buddhist communities in Tibet. They are currently studying under the guidance of Khenpo Sodargye Rinpoche.

In addition, during our Mindful Morning session they will guide a meditation session plus Q&A, from 09:30 till 10:30 AM. This will take place in the silence room REC-J/K B.93.
