Baclofen is a drug used primarily to treat spasticity, but has also been increasingly prescribed to treat alcohol use disorder in recent years. Esther Beraha Menahem investigates the efficacy of prescribing high-dose baclofen to patients with alcohol dependency. Another aim id to gain more insight into the working mechanism of this drug.
