Regulations on the Student Complaints Procedure
Anyone studying at the Faculty of Humanities (fee-paying, non-fee paying, and PhD students) can register a complaint either orally or in writing about the manner in which a Faculty authority (a managing or organising unit) has treated him/her in a specific situation.
Accordingly, a Student Complaints Procedure has been drawn up and a Faculty Complaints Committee appointed. Complaints can be submitted to this Committee in writing via the e-mail address klachten-fgw@uva.nl.
