Research at the ACLC revolves around four main domains: linguistic modelling, language description and typology, language acquisition and processing, and language variation and change. Individual researchers (or research groups) at the ACLC approach these four themes from various empirical and formal angles, making the work at the ACLC highly interdisciplinary. The Linguistics in Amsterdam-series (formerly ACLC Working Papers) represent a window into this work.
